Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
Understand requirements gathered from HR specialists and users.
Design dashboards, forms, workflows and other product modules.
Improve existing screens based on user feedback.
Maintain consistent design components and UI standards.
Work closely with developers during implementation.
Review developed screens for design accuracy.
Conduct basic usability testing and identify UX issues.
Keep the product straightforward and easy to use.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
