Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive sales, distribution and market expansion for Sirona across assigned Bangalore markets. Key Responsibilities
Drive primary & secondary sales across assigned territory. Develop and manage GT, MT and pharmacy/general retail outlets.
Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising at stores. Identify current outlets and expand distribution and market coverage.
Manage distributor/dealer relationships and order generation. Drive sales targets, schemes, promotions and product launches.
Coordinate with merchandisers/promoters for in-store execution. Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends.
Submit daily sales reports,
market feedback and outlet coverage MIS. Ensure timely collection and resolution of distributor/store issues.
Candidate Profile 2–5 years of experience in FMCG / Personal Care / Hygiene / Consumer Products. Solid experience in GT/MT sales and distributor management.
Positive knowledge of Bangalore retail markets. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field travel. Experience in hygiene / personal care will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
