We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in CRM application testing, CRM workflows/blueprints, and load/performance testing.

Key Responsibilities
Test CRM applications and end-to-end business processes.
Understand and test CRM Blueprints, Workflows, Automations, Business Rules, and Approvals.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Perform load, stress, performance, and scalability testing.
Strong experience testing high concurrent users, API load, response time, and system performance.
Experience with load balancing, distributed environments, and performance bottleneck identification.
Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Perform SQL/database validation and data reconciliation.
Test CRM integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
Create test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, product teams, and clients.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities.

Mandatory Skills
3+ years QA experience
Robust CRM testing experience
Valuable understanding of CRM Blueprints & Workflows




Robust Load & Performance Testing experience
Good understanding of Load Balancing & Scalability
API Testing
SQL/Database Testing
Functional, Regression & Integration Testing
Jira or similar defect management tools
Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred
Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
Experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Experience with cloud-based CRM applications and integrations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
