Qualification: Graduate / Diploma
Experience: 3–7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely parts support and service.
Maintain parts availability, stock and demand records and ensure optimum inventory.
Forecast and plan monthly retail sales of parts and lubricants.
Achieve the assigned parts & lubricants sales targets for the branch.
Monitor and maintain customer credit policy and outstanding payments.
Develop parts business from beyond-warranty machine/equipment customers.
Promote and sell parts, attachments and related products.
Plan and participate in customer contact programmes,
campaigns and promotional activities.
Ensure monthly parts order placement and maintain proper order discipline.
Coordinate with the sales, service and other departments to improve parts business and customer support.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in construction equipment, automobile parts, heavy equipment or similar industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
