*Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month
Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000/month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹9,000/month

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Understand customer requirements and resolve queries.
Maintain accurate information and follow process guidelines.
Meet quality and performance targets.

Requirements
Graduate candidates.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Positive customer-handling and communication skills.
