Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through creative problem-solving.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
Robust analytical skills to diagnose complex system issues and design effective solutions.
Experience in managing and supporting multi-component software environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical teams and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on maintaining business continuity.
