Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
Solid experience in application design and software configuration within complex environments.
Ability to lead technical discussions and provide transparent guidance to team members.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
