Position: HR Manager

Experience: 5 years

Qualification: Graduation (Minimum)

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
Manage recruitment, screening, and employee coordination.
Maintain HR records and ensure company policies are followed.
Handle employee-related queries and support day-to-day HR requirements.
Coordinate with management on HR processes, employee performance, and company-related matters.
Support payroll coordination and statutory/compliance-related activities.
Develop and implement HR processes and policies as required.

Candidate Profile





We are looking for an experienced HR qualified with 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with robust exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee management, and administration.
