Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain skilled and positive customer interactions.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Escalate customer issues whenever required.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Freshers are highly preferred.




Good Tamil communication skills.
Candidates with Tamil / Malayalam and Telugu communication skills can apply.
Average to positive English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Comfortable working from the office.
