Dynolt Technologies is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, and servicing of equipment at customer locations.
Key Roles
Diagnose technical issues and carry out troubleshooting and repairs.
Provide in office technical support to customers.
Maintain service reports and records for completed jobs.
Coordinate with the technical and service teams for issue resolution.
Ensure timely response to customer service calls.
Travel to customer locations as required.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: ITI / Diploma, a relevant technical field.
Freshers as well as candidates with service experience can apply.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and equipment.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for service assignments.
Ability to work independently at customer sites.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
