Ayur Bethaniya Ayurveda Hospital is looking for a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to children and adults, with a focus on improving functional abilities, independence, and overall well-being.
Job Responsibilities
Assess patients with functional, motor, sensory, cognitive, and daily living difficulties.
Plan and conduct individualized occupational therapy sessions based on patient needs.
Develop and implement therapeutic activities to improve motor, sensory, cognitive, and daily living skills.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date therapy records.
Communicate effectively with patients and attendants regarding treatment progress and therapy plans.
Coordinate with other therapists and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
Valid skilled registration/certification preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Solid professional ethics and a compassionate approach to patient care.
