Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000+ employees across multiple business units/locations.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly salaries, deductions, allowances, incentives and overtime payments.
Collect, validate and consolidate payroll inputs from multiple branches/departments.
Handle monthly PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable statutory compliances.
Prepare and verify statutory returns, challans and payment records within prescribed timelines.
Calculate and process employee incentives and overtime as per approved policies and eligibility criteria.
Reconcile payroll data with attendance, leave, HRMS and statutory records and resolve discrepancies.
Generate monthly payroll MIS, variance reports and management reports.
Coordinate with branch HR teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs.
Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESI, deductions, incentives and overtime.




Maintain accurate payroll and statutory records and support internal/statutory audits.
Ensure strict confidentiality of employee compensation and payroll information.
Monitor changes in applicable statutory requirements and ensure timely implementation.
Identify and implement process improvements and HRMS automation to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Key Requirement
Experience in handling high-volume payroll for 1,000+ employees.
Solid hands-on knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Incentives and Overtime.
Good knowledge of Excel and HRMS/Payroll systems.
Robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.
Experience handling payroll across multiple branches/locations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
