Responsibilities

· Identify HR and recruitment professionals through online research.

· Conduct surveys through calls, WhatsApp and online communication.

· Collect accurate responses using predefined questionnaires.

· Maintain and update survey data in Google Sheets/Excel.

· Generate and verify HR contact databases.

· Meet daily contact and survey targets.

· Identify common problems and requirements faced by HR/recruitment professionals.

· Share daily progress and key findings with the team.
