Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

· Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.

· Source and screen candidates through various channels.

· Coordinate interviews with candidates and HODs.

· Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

· Coordinate offer, joining and pre-joining formalities.

HR Operations

· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

· Assist with onboarding and exit formalities.

· Maintain attendance and leave records.

· Support day-to-day employee queries and HR activities.

Training & Employee Engagement

· Coordinate employee induction and training programmes.

· Maintain training records and calendars.

· Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.

HR Administration & MIS

· Prepare and update HR reports and trackers.

· Maintain HR files and databases.

· Assist the HR team in routine administrative and documentation activities.

We Are Looking For





· 1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive coordination and follow-up skills.

· Basic knowledge of HR processes.

· Valuable working knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

· Well-organized, proactive and willing to learn.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
