Role:
We are looking for a Team Leader – Telesales to manage a sales team, drive daily/monthly targets, monitor call quality, and coach team members to improve conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of Telesales Advisors.
Drive daily & monthly sales/collection targets.
Monitor call quality, sales performance, and productivity.
Handle coaching, training, feedback, and performance reviews.
Manage attendance, rosters, lead allocation, and daily briefings.
Support the team with objection handling and sales closures.
Maintain sales reports and conduct initial candidate screening.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
2+ years of Telesales/Telemarketing experience.
Prior Team Leader / Team Handling experience preferred.
Robust sales, objection-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
South Delhi: Punjabi speaking & understanding is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
Experience in EdTech Sales, Insurance Sales, BFSI Sales, B2C Sales, or Direct Sales.
Experience in direct marketing and local promotion.
Knowledge or experience in the matrimonial industry.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
