Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Guest Experience
Oversee day-to-day operations, opening/closing procedures, and floor management.
Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and food safety compliance.
Maintain a welcoming, clean, and productive atmosphere for guests.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Staff Leadership & Team Management
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train baristas, kitchen personnel, and front-of-house staff.
Schedule shifts, manage labor coverage, and handle payroll administration.
Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Financial & Inventory Control
Monitor sales, manage budget targets, track labor costs, and optimize profit margins.
Manage inventory, place orders for supplies and coffee beans, and minimize waste.
Maintain vendor and supplier relationships to secure quality ingredients at optimal prices.
Oversee daily cash management, register reconciliation, and POS system operation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
