Shri Ram Jewellers (SRJ) is looking for a responsible and organized person to manage our Monthly Kitty Scheme and assist with daily shop activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage lucky draw scheme member records and monthly payments.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
Maintain token numbers, winner records and payment details.
Handle customer queries related to the lucky draw scheme.
Assist customers at the jewellery shop.
Maintain basic records using Excel/Google Sheets.
Help with day-to-day shop and administrative work.
Coordinate with the owner regarding customers, collections and scheme activities.
Requirements:
Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive with numbers and record keeping.
Honest, responsible and punctual.
Freshers can also apply.
Experience in retail, jewellery, sales or customer service is a plus.
