The ideal candidate will have robust experience in spare parts , along with expertise in inventory management, procurement, parts sales, team handling and coordination with service/workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete spare parts department and day-to-day operations.
Plan and maintain optimum inventory levels based on workshop and customer requirements.
Manage parts procurement, ordering, stock replenishment and vendor coordination.
Ensure timely availability of genuine spare parts for workshop and retail requirements.
Monitor stock movement, ageing, rapid-moving and non-moving parts.
Drive spare parts sales and improve department profitability.
Coordinate closely with the Service/Workshop and Sales teams.
Lead, supervise and develop the spare parts team.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation and documentation.
Analyse parts consumption, demand and inventory requirements.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.




Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
Ensure adherence to dealership processes and operational standards.

Candidate Profile
10–15 years of experience in automotive spare parts operations.
Commercial Vehicle Spare Parts experience is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of spare parts inventory, procurement, sales and warehouse operations.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
Valuable analytical, communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
Experience with dealership / inventory management systems will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
