We are looking for a skilled Computer Embroidery Operator to operate computerized embroidery machines and execute embroidery designs accurately as per approved samples and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor computerized embroidery machines.
Execute embroidery designs as per approved artwork, samples, and specifications.
Set up machines, select appropriate threads, needles, hoops, and materials.
Check embroidery quality, alignment, stitching, and finishing.
Identify and resolve basic machine and stitching issues.
Coordinate with Designers, CAD/Embroidery teams, and Production teams.
Make required adjustments to ensure accurate embroidery output.
Maintain proper records of embroidery production and material usage.
Ensure machines and work areas are clean and properly maintained.
Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in computerized embroidery, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
Knowledge of computerized embroidery machines and embroidery techniques.
Basic understanding of embroidery designs, fabrics, threads, and stitching.
Valuable attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work within production timelines.
Relevant embroidery machine/software experience will be preferred.
Freshers with relevant technical training may also be considered.
