We are looking for an aggressive, target-oriented Area Manager with solid experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
This is a hands-on Individual Sales + Area Management role.
The candidate will be responsible for personally generating business through:
Gold Loan
CCD
Investment Products
Recurring Deposits (RD)
Property Loan / LAP
Business Loans
Cross-selling & Customer Acquisition
WHAT WE EXPECT
Proven individual sales track record
Strong customer & market network
Excellent field-sales and networking skills
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business
Solid follow-up and relationship management skills
Ability to develop current markets and referral channels
NBFC / Banking / Gold Loan experience preferred
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Individual Business | Customer Acquisition | Field Visits | Lead Generation | Conversion | Cross-Selling | Market Development | Portfolio Growth
This is NOT a purely supervisory role.
The Area Manager must be a hands-on business generator who can lead by build his/her own portfolio while developing the assigned area.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
3–7 years in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services / Gold Loan / Retail Lending / Investment Sales.
