Job Summary

We are looking for technically sound Trainee Engineers to support our Electronics Manufacturing and Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
Support PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, testing, and production operations.
Understand and identify electronic components, PCB components, BOM, and technical specifications.
Assist in material management, inventory, and supply chain coordination.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams.
Support troubleshooting, inspection, documentation, and process improvement activities.





Key Skills
Robust knowledge of Electronic/Electrical components and PCB.
Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly.
Knowledge of BOM, material flow, supply chain, and operations.
Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic MS Excel / MS Office knowledge.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor workplace.

Preferred: Candidates with academic projects, internships, or practical exposure to PCB, SMT, electronics manufacturing, or testing.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
