We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with individuals interested in our healing and meditation programs. The candidate will handle enquiries, understand customer needs, explain our services, and assist with session bookings and program registrations.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to enquiry leads generated through marketing channels.
Handle inbound enquiries and explain healing and meditation programs.
Understand prospective clients’ needs and guide them to suitable programs.
Follow up with interested leads and answer their questions patiently.
Schedule appointments, consultation calls, and program registrations.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.
Build positive relationships with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the counselling and operations team.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Customer Service.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Tamil; English is an added advantage.
Excellent listening skills and a calm, patient, empathetic approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets).
Robust interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
