Job Summary
We are looking for a Labour Manager to manage and coordinate manpower at construction/interior project sites. The candidate will be responsible for labour planning, allocation, attendance, productivity, and coordination with site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily labour requirements as per project needs.
Arrange skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour.
Allocate labour to different site activities.
Maintain daily labour attendance and manpower records.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Contractors.
Monitor labour productivity and daily work progress.
Handle labour-related issues and requirements.
Coordinate with labour contractors for manpower availability.
Manage labour shifting between sites as required.
Track overtime, attendance, and labour-related expenses.
Prepare daily/weekly manpower reports.
Ensure proper discipline and safety practices at the site.
Required Skills
Valuable labour and manpower management skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of construction/interior work.
Ability to handle labour teams.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Problem-solving and team-handling skills.
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in construction, civil, interior, or real estate projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
