Role Overview
We are looking for a US Healthcare Employee Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding and credentialing process for healthcare professionals placed with commercial US healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding for Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare professionals.
Collect, verify, and maintain licenses, certifications, medical records, background checks, and other required documents.
Coordinate credentialing, drug screens, physicals, immunizations, and client-specific requirements.
Track documentation and credential expirations through ATS/credentialing portals.
Follow up with candidates for pending or incomplete documents and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with recruiters, credentialing teams, and clients to resolve onboarding issues.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure professionals are ready for deployment by the required start date.
Requirements
6 months–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing, Onboarding, or Credentialing.
Strong understanding of US healthcare documentation and onboarding processes.
Excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
Experience with ATS/VMS or credentialing platforms such as CEIPAL is preferred.
Comfortable working in a US night shift workplace.
