Import Operations
Handle complete import shipments from booking to final delivery.
Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, CHAs, transporters, CFS, and customers.
Monitor shipment milestones and ensure timely execution.
Documentation
Verify all import documents (BL/AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).
Ensure accuracy of IGM, Delivery Order, Bill of Entry, and other customs documents.
Resolve documentation discrepancies promptly.
Customer Service
Provide regular shipment updates to customers.
Address customer queries and resolve issues quickly.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, CHAs, transporters, and warehouses.
Negotiate service levels and ensure timely execution.
Build and maintain a reliable vendor network.
Cost & Profitability
Monitor shipment costs and maintain healthy Gross Profit (GP).
Prevent unnecessary detention, demurrage, and storage charges.
Control operational expenses.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
