About the Role

Ambica Industries is looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate with customers, and ensure smooth execution of sales and order-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales documentation.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and order status reports.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Monitor pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Communicate with customers regarding order status and other requirements.




Handle day-to-day sales coordination and administrative activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/Business Administration preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Sales Administration.
Experience in a chemical or manufacturing company will be preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
