We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our engineering team. As an SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and troubleshoot complex issues across our cloud and on-prem settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability, performance, and resilience.
Build and maintain MSI packages for application deployment and updates.
Administer and monitor infrastructure on Azure Cloud, ensuring high availability and cost efficiency.
Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration.
Develop automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
Collaborate with development teams working in .NET and Python to improve system reliability and performance.
Perform Linux system administration, including patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Lead efforts in VM patching, configuration management, and compliance.




Proactively identify and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to improve observability and incident response.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Solid experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Experience building and deploying MSI packages.
Proficiency in Azure Cloud services and infrastructure management.
Solid understanding of Docker and container lifecycle.
Programming/scripting skills in .NET, Python, PowerShell, and Linux shell.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across infrastructure and application layers.
Experience with VM patching strategies and tools.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and incident management.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Azure (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400) or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and container environments.
