We are looking for a result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to generate new business and promote rooftop solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
Explain solar systems, savings, ROI, subsidy, and financing options.
Prepare quotations and sales proposals in coordination with the technical team.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
Coordinate with Design, Engineering and Installation teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain customer records and sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Solar.




Solar industry experience will be preferred.
Valuable communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems and solar PV components.
Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Gujarati, Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹10,018.23 - ₹33,542.57 per month
