We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented Captain to lead the front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Captain will supervise service operations, coordinate with the kitchen and management, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and ensure they receive prompt, courteous service.
Allocate tables and coordinate guest seating during service.
Supervise Stewards, Runners and GSA staff.
Brief the team before each shift regarding reservations, specials, VIP guests and operational requirements.
Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth food and beverage delivery.
Monitor food presentation, service quality and table cleanliness.
Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
Ensure restaurant SOPs, hygiene and service standards are followed.
Monitor table turnover and coordinate smooth service during peak hours.
Check bills and assist with payment-related queries when required.




Train and guide junior team members on service standards and restaurant procedures.
Coordinate with the Manager regarding daily operations, staffing and guest feedback.
Maintain a professional, positive and welcoming setting at all times.

Requirements
4–6 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service, preferably in a similar role.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
Leadership and team-management abilities.
Ability to handle busy service periods calmly and efficiently.
Guest-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.
Skilled grooming and positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
