Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching and mentoring to MBA students.
Develop curriculum, course materials, and cutting-edge teaching methods.
Guide student projects, internships, and research activities.
Conduct and publish quality research in reputed journals.
Organize seminars, workshops, and industry-interaction activities.
Contribute to academic, administrative, accreditation, and institutional development activities.

Qualifications
Ph.D. in Management/Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
MBA with a solid academic record.
Relevant teaching/research/industry experience as per applicable norms.

Desired Skills
Solid subject knowledge and communication skills.
Research orientation with quality publications.
Leadership, mentoring, and academic administration skills.
Industry exposure and ability to integrate practical business knowledge into teaching.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
