Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive – 3 Positions

Location: In-person

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers and incoming lead enquiries.

Identify and generate new business leads through field visits.

Visit apartment projects, residential sites, and potential customer locations.

Meet prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements.

Explain interior design packages, modular solutions, and company services.

Conduct client meetings and site visits.

Build and maintain robust client relationships.

Coordinate with design, execution, and purchase teams.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain CRM, sales records, and daily visit reports.

Conduct basic market research on potential customers and competitors.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

Positive communication and convincing abilities.

Basic knowledge of home interiors and modular concepts.

Basic sales and customer-handling skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp follow-ups.

Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

Candidates with 0–3 years of sales experience are preferred

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
