About LUZO
LUZO is a beauty and wellness booking platform with 2,000+ partner salons, spas and clinics across 20+ cities. We help salons fill their empty chairs with recent customers, and we're growing quick across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR and Chennai.

What you'll do
Find and pitch salons, spas, nail studios and aesthetic clinics by phone, WhatsApp and in person
Close partnerships on LUZO's commission and prepaid plans, and collect onboarding fees where applicable
Submit complete, accurate onboarding forms (outlet details, services, pricing, bank and GST details) so partners go live quickly
Follow up until each partner is live on the platform
Hit monthly targets for live outlets in our core cities
Keep your pipeline updated on our tracker

What we're looking for
0–3 years in sales, business development or merchant onboarding. Experience with salons, beauty, food delivery or local-business platforms is a strong plus




Comfortable making 50+ calls a day and handling rejection
Clear communicator in Hindi and English (any regional language is a bonus)
Organised with details: bank details, GSTINs and pricing must be right the first time
Holds firm on agreed deal terms rather than discounting to close
Basic Excel/Google Sheets, email and WhatsApp Business
Graduate in any field
