Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage and supervise day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, quality control, measurements, and coordination with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.
Take site measurements and maintain records of work completed.
Review drawings and coordinate with the design/technical team to resolve site-related issues.
Monitor project progress and report delays, issues, and requirements to management.
Prepare daily site reports, quantity measurements, and progress updates.
Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
Follow and enforce safety procedures and construction-site standards.




Assist with quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and contractor measurements.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Requirements
B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
2–3 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.
Willingness to work at project sites in and around Ahmedabad.
