We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA (HR preferred) candidate to join our Talent Acquisition team as a TA Intern. Candidates with prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition/HR will be preferred.
What you’ll learn & work on:
End-to-end recruitment and corporate hiring processes
Candidate sourcing, screening and engagement
Interview coordination and follow-ups
Working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders
Recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring analytics
Understanding of candidate lifecycle and recruitment operations
Hands-on exposure to a quick-paced corporate Talent Acquisition function
