Position: Real Estate Rental Executive
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Location: Noida, Sector 132
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and convert residential & commercial rental leads.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Coordinate and conduct property visits with prospective tenants.
Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and channel partners.
Follow up with leads and drive successful deal closures.
Handle rental negotiations, documentation, and transaction coordination.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads effectively.
Comfortable with local travel and field activities.
Experience in Real Estate / Rental Sales / Business Development / Telecalling / Customer Handling will be preferred.
EDUCATION:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
