We are looking for an experienced Senior Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns and support our digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce advertising costs.
Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign testing.
Create and test different ad creatives, copy, and audiences.
Track and analyze campaign results and provide regular performance reports.
Suggest strategies to improve online sales and lead generation.
Support other digital marketing activities when required.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing.
Robust hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
Experience with e-commerce campaigns is preferred.
Positive understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Part time / Freelance availability required.
