About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and messages
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance
Follow up with customers and maintain proper records
Resolve basic customer issues professionally
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach
