Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to manage client relationships, project coordination, CRM activities, team coordination, and service delivery. The candidate should have solid communication, client-handling, follow-up, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Monitor project progress, deadlines, and service delivery.
Coordinate with Technical, Research, Journal, and Support teams.
Maintain accurate client information and regular CRM updates.
Track client requirements, pending activities, and project status.
Follow up with clients regarding project progress and approvals.
Handle client queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Coordinate with teams to resolve client concerns on time.




Follow up on pending payments and revenue collection.
Monitor client retention and identify additional service opportunities.
Conduct regular team follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client and project reports.
Ensure proper documentation of client communication and commitments.
Support management in improving client satisfaction, service quality, and revenue.

Preferred Profile
3–6 years of experience in Client Success, CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Project Coordination, or Business Development.
Experience in handling clients and internal teams.
Experience in a service-based, research, education, or software organization is preferred.
Should be target-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple clients and projects

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
