Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with their purchase decisions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Maintain excellent product knowledge and recommend suitable products.
Ensure attractive merchandise display and store cleanliness.
Support billing, inventory, and stock management.
Follow company SOPs, security, and customer service standards.
Requirements
Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of retail sales experience (Jewellery preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
