Reel Editor / Video Editor – Job Description

Grow Technologies, Salem is looking for a creative and skilled Reel Editor / Video Editor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, podcasts, and other digital content.
Create engaging, creative, and trend-focused video content.
Handle video cutting, transitions, effects, audio editing, captions, and color correction.
Add suitable music, sound effects, motion graphics, and visual elements.
Work closely with the team to convert ideas into impactful visual stories.
Maintain consistency in video quality and brand style.
Deliver projects within the given deadlines.

Requirements
Must have an editing-capable laptop/desktop system.
Good knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
Experience in editing Reels, Shorts, Podcasts, promotional videos, and social media content.
Valuable understanding of storytelling, timing, pacing,



and visual flow.
Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
Ability to identify and use current social media trends.
Basic knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and social media specifications.
Video shooting knowledge/capability is an added advantage.
Passion for creating engaging and trending content.
