Janatha Diagnostics is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Head to manage the overall operations of our Kondotty Centre.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise and coordinate staff, duty schedules, attendance, and performance.
Ensure excellent patient service and timely resolution of complaints.
Monitor revenue, collections, expenses, and operational targets.
Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, front office, accounts, HR, and management teams.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and organizational standards.
Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports.
Support business development and patient growth initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration,



Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in diagnostics, hospitals, healthcare, or similar operations.
Solid leadership, communication, team-management, and problem-solving skills.
Healthcare/diagnostic centre management experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
