Key Responsibilities – PRO (Referral Marketing)
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Visit doctors regularly to generate patient referrals for Healing Hands Clinic.
Educate doctors about the clinic’s treatments, services, and patient care.
Identify and develop recent referral opportunities within the assigned area.
Follow up with referred patients and ensure a smooth referral-to-appointment process.
Maintain regular communication with existing referral partners and strengthen relationships.
Track referrals, patient conversions, and follow-up activities.
Achieve monthly referral and patient-conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, referrals, and conversions.
Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure referred patients receive proper assistance.
