Responsible for operation, setup, programming, maintenance and troubleshooting of NANO CNC Turning Machines used for precision machining of components.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up NANO CNC Turning / CNC Lathe machines.
Perform turning, facing, grooving, threading, boring and drilling operations.
Tool setting, offset setting and workpiece alignment.
Read engineering drawings and understand dimensional tolerances.
Handle CNC controls such as Fanuc / Siemens, as applicable.
Perform tool changes and offset corrections.
Conduct first-piece inspection and dimensional checking.
Troubleshoot CNC, mechanical, electrical and machining-related issues.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance where required.
Maintain production and machine records.
