We are looking for a Packaging Executive to manage and coordinate packaging-related activities for our skincare/cosmetic products. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Packaging Technology / Packaging Management and practical knowledge of packaging materials and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day packaging activities and requirements.
Coordinate with packaging material suppliers and vendors.
Handle packaging components such as tubes, bottles, jars, pumps, caps, labels and cartons.
Check packaging materials as per specifications and quality requirements.
Coordinate packaging procurement, inventory and material availability.
Work closely with production and manufacturing teams.
Monitor packaging timelines and resolve packaging-related issues.
Maintain packaging specifications and related documentation.
Qualifications
Diploma in Packaging Technology / Packaging Management
1–3 years of experience in the packaging industry.
Experience in cosmetics, skincare, pharma or FMCG will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage day-to-day packaging activities.
