Accountant – Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, and general ledger.
Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, and MIS reports.
Maintain records of employee advances, recoveries, reimbursements, and other company expenses.
Verify bills, invoices, supporting documents, and payment requests.
Assist with salary-related accounting and payroll records.
Handle GST-related accounting, invoice verification, and reconciliation.
Assist in TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance-related accounting work.
Coordinate with auditors, banks,



vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections when required.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all accounting work.
Perform any other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, Balance sheet will be preferred.
Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
