Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Experience: 3–6 years in Restaurant / Hotel / Hospitality Industry

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
Supervise the F&B; service team and ensure smooth service during all shifts.
Ensure proper table setup, food service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and accurate order service.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Monitor billing, POS operations, cash handling, and daily sales.
Maintain inventory, control wastage, and monitor F&B; costs.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance.
Train and guide staff to improve service quality and productivity.




Prepare daily shift reports and support management with operational updates.
Assist in managing peak hours, events, and special functions.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of restaurant and F&B; operations.
Positive leadership and team-handling skills.
Excellent guest handling and communication skills.
Knowledge of POS, billing, inventory, and cost control.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Professional grooming and customer-service attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and manage busy operations.
Good coordination and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
