Service Advisor – Volkswagen
Handle customer vehicle service and repair requirements professionally.
Prepare job cards, service estimates, and repair orders.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle service.
Explain repairs, service costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
Provide regular updates on vehicle service status.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate vehicle inspection, quality checks, and final delivery.
Follow up with customers after service and recommend periodic maintenance.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Support achievement of customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
