Front Office & Client Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Front Office & Client Support Executive to be the first point of contact for clients at our creative production studio.

The role involves handling enquiries, following up with potential clients, managing bookings and taking care of walk-in clients and visitors.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, friendly, responsible and comfortable speaking to people over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities
Attend incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries
Follow up with enquiries and potential clients
Understand client requirements and share relevant studio/package details
Follow up with leads until they confirm or close the enquiry
Handle walk-in clients and visitors
Give basic studio tours and explain available facilities
Coordinate and schedule bookings
Maintain booking and enquiry details
Follow up on quotations and pending payments
Coordinate with the internal team regarding client bookings
Handle day-to-day front office responsibilities

Requirements




Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English
Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads
Friendly and confident when interacting with clients
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets
Valuable organisational skills
Presentable and skilled
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Previous experience in front office, customer service, telecalling or sales is an advantage

You should be comfortable picking up the phone, following up with clients and taking responsibility for the enquiries assigned to you.
