What You’ll Do
Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new clients in the healthcare and diagnostic sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres and key healthcare stakeholders.
Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve targets.
Prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Generate recent business opportunities through networking, industry events and market development.
Monitor the sales pipeline, forecasts and overall performance.
Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Represent the company at healthcare/industry events.
Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Sales Management.
Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
Experience in Teleradiology / Tele-Radiology will be an added advantage.
Healthcare equipment / medical technology sales experience is relevant.
Strong network and connections with hospitals, diagnostic centres and healthcare stakeholders.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
Good English communication skills.
Solid planning and time-management skills.
