Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and confident Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and handle parent/student inquiries. The role involves attending calls, guiding visitors, coordinating admissions inquiries, and supporting the academy’s daily administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls regarding admissions and academy programs
Respond to parent/student inquiries professionally and clearly
Manage front desk activities and welcome visitors to the academy
Provide information about batches, schedules, tournaments, and fee structure
Follow up with inquiries and admissions leads
Maintain student inquiry records and basic administrative data
Coordinate with coaches and management for scheduling and communication
Candidate Profile
Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years experience in telecalling, front office, receptionist, or customer support roles
Pleasant personality with professional behavior
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
